Top notch! Dress is clean and bright with no notable flaws. The length appears to have been altered though I couldn't determine if it was intended to be this length or adjusted later. The skirt has a generous 4.5" hem allowance but also an additional 1.5" taken up along the waist on the inside, both photographed. I've left the dress as found but am happy to let out the hem for an additional fee.
