Top Notch! Dress displays minor evidence of wash and wear. The hem was weighted at one point but each of the interspersed weights appear to have been removed leaving small openings along the hem which have been stitched by hand. These are not noticeable when worn but worth mentioning. Dress has been freshly cleaned with no other issues of note.
