Top notch! Exceptionally handknit by a highly skilled hand. Determining actual era of construction is difficult. The style is authentic 1940s with true 40s buttons however the pristine condition gives me pause. The novelty buttons and unworn look leads me to believe the sweater is possibly a spot on reproduction. Regardless of when the top was knit the craftsmanship alone makes this a truly wonderful and timeless find!
